For one, I don't know what kind of chair they measured it on, but the picture does show a sofa,so one is lead to assume it should cover a sofa chair, but it sure does not! Also, arrived with a strong odor, and within the first week the fringes are already falling apart. The fabric is also very unpleasant. Do not buy this!

I was pleased with the overall look of the throw and I especially liked how the thin foam backing on the throw held it to the couch.
As other reviewers mentioned, however, the throw is too small to completely cover all sides of a small loveseat. Mine is backed up to a wall, so this didn't matter to me. But, it did not cover the backside of my couch at all.
The loops on the fringe have tripped up my toddlers more times than I can count. And after only a couple months of use (no washes) the foam has almost completely torn off the back of the throw. Mainly in the areas where people sit and rest their backs. I'm guessing that all of the friction is what caused it. I'm not too pleased because now the throw won't stay on the back of the couch at all. The material is just to slippery when paired with the fabric of my couch.
This is probably not a throw I would buy again.

This would be a great deal, but you really do get what you pay for in the case of this "furniture cover." It's really poor. Does not cover a full size couch in any way. The material is like a sports jersey, which is just bizarre looking and feeling. All it really is is a large polyester blanket. Not large enough to cover both the front and back of any normal size couch, either, so if your couch isn't against a wall, definitely don't buy this thing. I really needed a cover for our ugly couch in a hurry and thought that anything would be better, even if I just got this one for the short term. Well...it's still true that this is better than nothing, but I for sure will be replacing this thing as soon as possible.
