I use sheets that I roll out on my Atlas, and whammo, fantastic professional looking ravioli with absolutely no effort. The results looks so good, people don't believe that they're homemade. When it comes to fillings and sauces, the limitation is your imagination. For Christmas, I filled them with sage & cornbread stuffing and a dot of cranberry sauce, and served them with turkey gravy. Awesome!

I was dissapointed to see how difficult it is to roll excess of force needed to and separate the pasta from the Mold, even after flouring as suggested .
I also used spray (Pam) Still finding it hard to separate pasta from the mold.

This was a gift for my son. I can't give much information except to say that he loves this mold. He makes his own dough when making ravioli and found the mold works very well.
